What is your favorite way to help you deal with stress? (preferably without spending a lot of ) Mine is being in nature Also spending time with my three dogs. . . Exercising. . . . . Oh and reading Us Weekly ------------------ "Our true nature is of no birth and no death. Only when we touch our true nature can we transcend the fear of non-being, the fear of annihilation." ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

I have been taking an example from the movie Phenomenon. Close my eyes, rock side to side, and picture the tree tops swaying back and forth in the wind. And I can usually hear the tones they played (the music in the movie); kind of sounds like church bells off in the distance.

I like to listen to music. Especially songs that relate to what Im stressed about, makes me feel like Im not the only one. If Im not stressed about anything in particular then some good upbeat dance music does the trick IP: Logged |
