Im in DESPERATE need of white light, something horrible happened, so horrible I don't even want to go over the details. Meditation and praying isnt helping me calm down and get my mind together about it. Please I need all the help I can get, anyone who reads this please send me some white light. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all.

So sorry to hear you are both going through a hard time - are you able to speak to someone about what happened - a counsellor, or friend maybe, I remember my sister saying "secrets make you sick" - so if you can.......
