Hi GuysThis is my first post, so please be gentle with me I have had Linda's book for about a year and have delved into it many times, but it was only last week that I discovered the chapter on the Rainbow Diet. Was this ever developed into a full book or a website as I find this whole theory of hers extremely interesting and in some ways could solve a lot of answers for me, like how come even though I am supposedly eating the right foods and exercising I am not losing weight. I have been putting it down to an "age" thing, but after reading this chapter I am beginning to wonder if I haven't just been doing the wrong thing for most of my life!! I would appreciate any tips and pointers you all may have. I haven't gone out and bought the lamp and the ruby red glasses just yet, but the seed has been planted in my mind and is slowly blossoming.......... Barb IP: Logged |

Hi Barb, Welcome to LL! It seems that some people have great success with the Rainbow Diet, while others do not. If you have a chance, scroll through this forum (health and healing) and you will find several strings with people's various experiences on the program. The only information additional to that in the book, that I know of, is in Linda's Star Notes. You can read those online; there is a link for them in the "Linda's Life" forum. Just look for the string entitled 'STAR NOTES COMPLETE.' IP: Logged |

Welcome! ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

Thanks to both of you for your warm reply. I had great trouble learning how to reply, first off couldn't remember my password, then couldn't figure out how to reply LOL!!Don't worry I will get the hang of it......... I will go back and have a look at some old posts on the diet and see what I can learn. Thanks once again. Barb IP: Logged | |
