My head has been pounding for the past two days... duller than a migrane, not quite a sinus headache... I don't know what it is!! I've had to finish a lot of work so I haven't had a chance to rest that much, but even though I got a full 8 hours last night, it didn't help =/Could you guys please send some healing light my way? Have you tried applying pressure to the area where your thumb/first finger meet. the sort of fleshy vee bit.I was shown this many years ago to releive headaches especially stress headaches. you sort of press quite firmly try a few spots in the general area you will know the right spot when it hurts (not too much pain unless you like it) ------------------ I could have been someone, Well so could anyone, You took my dreams from me When I first found you. I kept them with me babe, I put them with my own, Can’t make it all alone, I’ve built my dreams around you. S McGowan IP: Logged |

Thanks guys! =) Believe it or not, I woke up with the headache still in full force at 7 this morning, and around 9.30 or 9.45, it suddenly disappeared! Thanks so much!! Nevill3, oohhoooo yeah I've tried that. I think I'm a total wuss, but it hurt so much when I tried it that I didn't try it any more lol. It didn't help, but I think maybe that was because I pressed down for all of 1/10000th of a second before yelping and pulling my hand away. IP: Logged |

Hi Alchemist,If it hurts so bad, that's a sign that there's a blockage somewhere - the spot needs pressure. Try it gently, as much as you can bear at a time, it should get better if you do it regularly. SunShyne IP: Logged |

Thanks Angeldust and SC! (nd everyone else!!) Yes indeedy, I am completely better now! (And I have been working on accupressure on my hand too. I think it's working, b/c I usually get a lot of headaches (at least 1 a day) but I haven't had any recently.)IP: Logged |
