Do you feel a warm feeling in your lungs. I think you need a teacher to train you proper yoga. If you haven't tried it. Appears that you have huge potential to master the techniques of breathing exercise. Your hugher self speaks to you clearly then.

Well sorry ....it started again.... I think its a habit..even if I'm healed, it keeps coming back.
