At this time I seem to be operating from my throat chakra, on the blue wavelength. I've had this comfirmed by children who described my aura to me and also from a book I read.
Although I've always felt it was green (heart chakra), but it must have recently been raised!!
It makes sense though as I've progressed alot spiritually in the last few years.
So I guess that would be my favorite Chakra for now.

~(I just want to add, if anyone wants a supurb and detailed synopsis on Chakras and whoever enjoyed reading Star Signs, you'll love, Dawn Hill's, Edge of Reality. The Chakra definitions will blow your mind away, and you'll be able to subtlely pick other's auras without having to 'see' them, anyway, it's good to know which one you predominately operate from, and learn ways to raise your own frequency. I just wanted to plug that book in, it really is a must read, linda fans would love it.)~

I think I like now-a-days, crown Chakra that white light and all silver. I started enjoying it.

I've been told that I have a chakra imbalance, which doesn't surprise me: my 6th and 7th chakras are highly advanced while most of my other chakras are underdeveloped, especially the 1st, which is underdeveloped the most severely (chalk it up to my lack of a nuturing, stable environment as a child, I guess). That's the one I struggle with the most.

I'm comfortable with both my 2nd and 4th chakra - I know my sexual/primal energy and I know my heart. But I do rely way too much on my 6th and 7th. Those are the easiest for me to feel.

My 5th chakra is erratic - sometimes I can feel and somethings not. My 3rd is very vague, but i can't feel my 1st at all - never have. Now that's scary.

I do this thing when I'm very stressed and feel all scattered, or if I feel like my energies are blocked: I lie down flat, usually on the fllor, in something like a yoga dead pose. Then I focus on my 2nd chakra (I would focus on my 1st if I could feel it), and then imagine that primal energy coursing up through my other chakras, sort of illuminating them and energizing them. As strtange asit may sound to some, it's kind of like having an orgasm. That often helps me to feel more balanced.

Yeah the 2nd chakra does feel a lot like sexual pleasure.

I think that for souls like many of us at lindaland, we've already done so much work on the lower chakras previously that we're more focused onthe higher ones, but its important to at least try to recognize them all once in a while, I think too much emphasis on the higher chakras leads to anxiety and emotional instability, those lower 3 chakras are very stabilizing. Especially the root chakra, which makes us feel comfortable in our skin and like we belong on the earth, a very important feeling.

In the here and now, I like the Spleen Chakra ~ which is Chakra #2, no? Keeps me down to earth and reminds me to enjoy the day to day things ~ like kissing and dancing Tuning into it actually helps me relax and open up to being friendlier and outgoing. I also use it as my "gut feeling" center. When this part of my energy body is feeling uncomfortable (usually in a social situation) I follow it and get myself out of there quickly.

I'm with you BR. I dont get a good feeling from the root chakra. Not sure why. I think mine's a little off anyway. Or maybe you were talking about the Sacral. Anyway, my fave is the Third eye. Second is the Heart. Then Crown.

Hi 26 I'm think'n because your attuned to the higher indigo and voilet harmonics sometimes the energy can be detered away from the (lower) root/sacrel chakras... especially when we begin to soar spiritually, so much emphasis is on th higher chakras.
As for me, I think I'm still resonating in the green-blue harmonics.
Blue to me is like when you first become aquainted with the spiritual realm. Learning, seeking bonds, trying to fit in. (Communication can be an issue)But my throat chakra was over active for a while, the common side affect being a lack of personal drive, and ambition.
But I have toned it down, and began focusing on the Chakras I had been ignoring, and what qualities I needed to work in order to open them. I find that works so well.

I love working with Chakras.

I dunno..
I have to learn more about chakras.. I know I have taken a test, but I don't know how to determine.
I feel like a puppy, all these spiritual friends knowing so much,
I have an instinctual knowledge, but not a learned one. like I am on the cusp of knowing and I need an explanation for it to resonate.

I am far too sexual, I use it as a panacea. I enjoy it, but it is fleeting, so I need refills all the time.
I feel things in my belly and my chest, when I have an emotional response.....

Most of us would have up to 2 or 3 dominant Chakras, my partner has a very active Sacral Chakra and throat Chakra...he does need to work on his Heart, and his Crown. He's very sexual, but VERY instinctive. He can read people like a book too.

It's hard to balance all 7 main ones...no one would have them perfectly in tune, we have all got lessons to learn from each one. All our auras should have 1-3 dominant colors, with a few spots of others. An adept or an avatar will have a perfect alignment of all colors which will create a white glowing aura.

Colors speak volumes.

Hi Sunny,

Yes, I agree. And I think I'm about to topple over. LOL I too, would like to be more balanced. I think my root chakra is very damaged....or needs some healing. I dont feel connected to much. I'm my own little family. And I know the root has to do with your roots/family/clan etc.

I get the feeling you have a very strong/healthy/active heart chakra.
I need to start getting back into doing reiki. Do you do much Reiki on yours-Elf?

Hey Tee!

Lol...I just got a mental image of you toppling over...ohmy! But yes, I see what you mean. There are many ways you can heal the Chakras, the best way I find, is reiki of course, and facing issues head on, but you know.

I really should do more Reiki on myself, I find I'm doing plenty for my friends, and partner. The other day I reached for an aspirin, instead of using Reiki...(old habits)....
And of course, Reiki and the Chakras go hand in hand so I might begin work on it more.
I actually recenlty learned a hand technique that requires both hands for each Chakra point to view the color and its potency.
I have yet to try that!

26,
The root chakra can be stimulated by a few stones. Also if you have a purple plate place it between your legs, down there...
The same goes with
Tektite
Hemitite
Bloodstone
Rose quartz.
Focus on that area and what the stone is there for.

You will really notice it with the tektite and rose quartz.
With the acception of Rose quartz, the other stones have magnetic or drawing abilities, bringing more blood flow to that area. Try carring around a pice of hemitite in your pocket if you can't get tektite.

Happy Humping!

ps. you can take a rose quartz bath with the stone, some rose oil, and two tablespoons of Sea Salt.
That's all the doctoring I'm doing today, I'm off to play golf!

SunChild,

That double hand technique sounds interesting! I've never heard of it!
I'd love to be able to view auras and chakras easier. Practice, practice, practice, I guess.

Fot those who find the heavily magnetic stones such as heamatite and lodestone (faery otherkin take note cos we dont like the cold iron) use red jasper or red tigers eye with a lower iron content. To work on the root chakra using visualisation a rooting meditiation is best a la chi kung..

Smokey quartz (not elestial) is also a great root stone..

my fave chackras are the svadisthana (sacral) and Ajni (third eye)

the one i have most issues with is the solar plexus which is the one who's Sanskrit name i can never blimmin remember. i use smokey citrine on my plexus. ( ie non irradiated citirine)

Labradorite and Brandberg Amethysts that contain smokey, clear and amethyst particles, and anotehr amethyst containing combination stone called super 7 is great for all the Chakras. The super 7 piece i have has copper rutiles, goethite, amethyst, smokey, clear quartz ect in it and operates at a stupidly high vibration.. I see red light, blue, purple, yellow bits white bits.. its fun to ping all my chakras with it... actually i have a day off today I will do some cleansing and diagnostics.

Labradorite is a wonderfully cleansiong stone.. hold it for a while and you may feel drained at first, but then the energy eill return to you cleansed and in alignment...
