the best vitamins are alive in fresh juice...easy to do with a good juicer...the best...apricot...full o' collagen. try also green bell pepper...with some celery and green apple...your skin will glow with so much vit c. great juicer...not too expensive ~ jack lalanne power juicer it has a wide feed tube, so veggies and fruits can go in whole...no chopping before juicing...a very nice feature. oh i would so recommend fresh juice...will energize and alleviate stress as well as beautify yer body. salome IP: Logged |

making juice, esp with no chopping involved...is lots easier and faster than smoothies...it is a 'lil more complex than pill popping...but i think you'd find the results worth the effort. IP: Logged |

Green tea/antioxidant blends, Omega 3/6/9, vit E. Vit C....the B vitamins... I have heard gelatin capsules are good for hair and nails, flexibility and structure... All vitamins are essential.. take a good multivitamin designed for women, plus supplement with anything else you need... of course moderate all with healthy eating ( Plus a good skin care regimen)Maybe talk to a naturopath, someone who can specifically and wholistically reccomend things based upon YOU. I have some books by Dr. Perricone and he says that omega 3's are essential for clear skin. These are found in fish or can be bought in pill or liquid form. ------------------ http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/6562/pchan_stockton.html IP: Logged |
