Hi guysRecently I have been diagnosed with Hayfever. This is the first time EVER I have had it. I am on antihistamines, but was wondering, are there any natural foods I can take, that would releive me of the symptoms of hayfever? IP: Logged |

Here are a few:Manuka honey, cayenne, garlic, ginger, lemon. You can make a tea using all these ingredients together. Make sure you eat seasonaly & steer clear from dairy.

Yang,I'm with SunChild regarding dairy- try to avoid it as much as you can, for any allergies. Would you mind letting us know what your diet has been like? Perhaps we could come up with better ideas if you gave us some more clues. BTW I used to be on antihistamines and I would not 100% count on them I hope you will get better soon ------------------ May not be able to get back to you...appreciate your say nevertheless...D IP: Logged |
