I recently joined a gym and yesterday I went to it for the first time. I did some cycling, the treadmill, and a class of BoxerciseLater on this evening I am going to try out the Yoga class, to see what all the hype about it is. Previous, I thought Yoga were for health freaks ( I apologise if I offend anyone) but my mindset has changed dramatically, recently. So, that is why I am going to try it tonight. IP: Logged |

good start ... even more good if its doen rgeularly..tahst where i fail. Strat with enthu and tehn gradually trail and fade.IP: Logged |

Hi I do recommend you YOGA, cause it’ll give you energy after all those power exercises, where you feel exhausted after 10 minutes…and the best is to do it every day. Good luck and enjoy Alex IP: Logged |
