I recently joined a gym and yesterday I went to it for the first time.
I did some cycling, the treadmill, and a class of Boxercise

Later on this evening I am going to try out the Yoga class, to see what all the hype about it is.

Previous, I thought Yoga were for health freaks ( I apologise if I offend anyone) but my mindset has changed dramatically, recently. So, that is why I am going to try it tonight.

good start ... even more good if its doen rgeularly..tahst where i fail.
Strat with enthu and tehn gradually trail and fade.

Hi

I do recommend you YOGA, cause it’ll give you energy after all those power exercises, where you feel exhausted after 10 minutes…and the best is to do it every day.
