is it harmful to take a hot water bath say after 15-30 min after dinner ??

I like doing that way & get great sleep after that.Contrary to what most ppl do taking bath in mroning , i find it comfortable taking bath at night

Will this affect the digestion process?
And how many like to take bath at nights ?
It would be intresting if u can post ur sunsign too along with ur answwers

Hi Jani,

A shower straight before you hop into bed feels lovely! I don't see why it should affect the digestion.. just relaxes you so you sleep beautifully

You will be too relaxed if you take a bath straight after food. A little muscle tension aids digestion.
