DayDreamer Knowflake Posts: 3669 From: Registered: Jul 2003	posted September 26, 2006 04:54 PM Ive been using Long-lasting (up to 12 hours of relief) nasal mist with 0.05% w/v oxymetazoline hydrochloride nasal solution. http://www.drugs.com/pdr/oxymetazoline_hydrochloride.html And I just got NeilMed's NasaMist Saline spray...hopefully this will work and replace what im currently using in the long run. But it's not so much for Sinus congestion as it is just Nasal congestion. On the box it says it helps alleviate: nasal allergies, dryness, post nasal drip, congestion and stuffieness from common cold and flu. This is the Warning.... WARNINGS Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease thyroid disease diabetes high blood pressure trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland When using this product: do not exceed recommended dosage temporary burning, stinging, sneezing, or increased nasal discharge may occur frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen use of this container by more than one person may cause infection Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms persist for more than 3 days (oops...just read this last part...and Ive been using it longer than 3 days ) IP: Logged
