Hey, and, ever thought of trying massage or aroma therapies? One of my bosses at work has a sleeping disorder and I work on her one to two times a week. She says she sleeps best on those nights after she gets the massage.
I know massages can be expensive, but there are lots of students who need to record hours of free massages as part of their training. I think I had given 100 hours of free massages. It's worth checking into. Good luck!

and,

Has anything been bothering you recently? Has this sleep problem occurred before? If so, what did you do to alleviate it? Personally, I think carmomile (might be misspelled )tea worked well for me. But ultimately I would suggest that you look into any life events or potential stressors which may have contributed to your insomnia.

Edit note: and,

Also, I just remember that a while back you started a thread about smoking. I have to confess that I didn't read your thread closely...but I don't know if you're a smoker or not, how many cups of coffee/tea/coke/any other caffeinated drinks, including most soft drinks or if you drink any of them at all, if you've been taking any medication, your alcohol intake, how much time you've been spending on the Internet everyday...these might also have to do with your quality of sleep.

Best of luck and sweet dreams

May not be able to get back to you...appreciate your say nevertheless...D
