I just tried it for the first time!!!!I did it about 20 minutes before the sun sets and stared at the sun for about 5 minutes at a time and then turned away.
(I was a little hesitant)
I came inside and I could see a red dot for about 30 minutes afterwards, I thought I did damage... er... so I read about it some more in a book I have and found that is normal.
The spot dissappeard and I felt very energized all night.
I'm going to do it again tonight. It's addictive.
Don't do it though unless you have been researching it for a while. This is just my testimonial, I'm saying it works & it feels good.
Never stare at the sun between 30 minutes of rising and setting... you'll do permamant damage.
I believe that we can get all we need from the sun... I hope to work up to that type of nutrient assimilation one day.
