Sue

I would be very open to suggestions too!!!

They say soy is good for peri-menopause symtoms~~~have not tried yet.

There is a wonderful book by an anthor that I saw on Oprah, Christine Northrup. The book is a wellspring of knowledge about perimenopause!!!

Here is her website!!

You might want to try Progest Body Cream by Emerita. Whole Foods has it. It is expensive, but it works. You use it during ovulation to period.....and stop when you're on period. Then re-start when period ends. Massage into softest body parts.

sue g.- Eat yams, too. Can you stand them or get them in that Ireland? How about greens? Turnip greens and such? Watermelons, too. No pre judice intended, but eat like what is considered in the US "black people foods" maybe not the hogs feet and chitterlings, but the yams, greens, and melon, as they are good for everything female! When i was hormonal, i would sometimes open a can of yams and chow down-of course fresh is better- Love, Tuxedo Meow
