which crystals protect you from evil and spells and things of that nature. i need to buy a crystal because i believe that someone is working spells on me and my mother in order to control my father (his current fiance). it came full circle when my mother woke up out of her dream speaking another language.(she is very intuitive) in the dream she was watching a spell at work. this is all brought on us by my father and the women he brings into his life. they always feel that out of his four children that i am the one who should be dealt the most harm. anyway i have some spiritual protection but i just want something to help strengthen my protection.IP: Logged |

Black tourmaline repels negative energy and spells. Black hematite can also work. Also amethyst can be spiritually protective. Cleanse and charge the crystal, and ask it to remove all negative energy and protect you from all further negative energy. You'll need to cleanse the stone quite often as it really soaks up this kind of stuff. IP: Logged |

MiaMammy, have you ever read about voodoo, and how it only works, because people believe it?
In order for a ritual or a spell to work on you..you have to believe it is so..you have to feed it..
I've been there, and gone through it..when I am weak, they can attack me..so, I must stay strong and know, that there is nothing they can do to me..I must believe in God and his/her protection, there are no tools required..just Mind Over Matter, M O M, try to visualize yourself in a protective bubble of white Light and LOve, or whatever makes you feel protected, believe it, know you are protected, and the spell or ritual can not cause you any harm..
it only works, if we feed it, believe it, Other-Wise, it cannot harm you...
I hope that makes sense..I have been spiritually attacked, and it's only when I am weak, and believing they can harm me, we must be stronger than them!LOve and Reverence to ALL. ... IP: Logged |

That's very true, lotus. Fear seems to attract bad effects for some reason. I do think that having something like a crystal can help to focus our belief that we can't be harmed though.  IP: Logged |

thank you for the info you guys. i feel that it only works if you believe in it as well. i was just a little worried because my mom has told me how much pain and sadness and suffering it can bring to your life and how much damage it has done to hers. i just didn't want to go through that too.IP: Logged |

It's not a nice feeling when you think that someone or something is out to get you in this way, so I know how you feel. As I said, those dark stones are excellent at repelling and/or transmuting negative energy so if you feel safer with those then do use them. Carrying a hematite with you can make you feel very safe. Also you could pray with thanks as though you have already received, to the deities or beings you believe in who are protective. eg for me it might be St Jude, Jesus, the Virgin Mary, and the Archangel Michael. yea i didn't at first but somebody recommended it to me. i guess i have a lot to work on because some of the things that God had said didn't click with me or it was just the way i interpreted it. but i also know that people can be fake when it comes to things like that also. so im kind of cautious about what i believe and don't believe although my air and fire signs in my chart make me very gullible and i tend to believe others when they could be lying to me.------------------

Weird... why is there a book telling you what God said, when there is already a book called The Bible?  It sounds a bit like a mass-marketed thing to me. But as I said, I don't know the book. Question everything, and if it doesn't feel right then it's probably not right for you.IP: Logged |

GeminiLover75,yea i know that it is kind of weird when we have the bible but people distort things so much especially the bible. i guess it need to be re-explained to those who dont understand the text well. although im not saying that i follow everything that the book i read says. it just helped me think about things, which i love to do so much.But i personally i have never been fond of the bible. i have read it and been read to from it as a child but have not really read it since then. to be honest, and i dont know why, i am a little afraid of the bible. it just scares me for some reason. weird but i dont know why. im not an atheist or nothing. i have a strong knowledge of Christianity and Islam by my mother and father although i have not made a decision to commit to either religion. i have always had a fear of the bible. i think the feelings are from a past life. something must have happened to me then to make me distant to the bible. ------------------

Strange, I've always been a bit the same about the Bible. I think I got scared when I was a kid by anything 'supernatural', and I saw things on shows like That's Incredible where people saw apparitions of Jesus in a fire and stuff like that, which definitely freaked me out. And I was also freaked by the crucifixion. I don't have such a fear nowadays.I have a Virgin Mary statuette and I used to believe it was protective - but it did not protect me one night and now I'm aware that an object on its own does not inherently possess magical or protective powers. Yeah I think it's largely irrational. Nowadays I'll read parts of it out of interest but I do not want to read Revelations. Same kind of thing as my Nostradamus fear - all TV documentaries about him are so fear-creating. Or my Aleister Crowley fear. lol. I read that when someone has ill wishes to you...that energy gets sent back to them.I have witnessed this myself. Wearing my garnet necklace. A group of people where against me and wanted me out of the picture with my special someone. They would indirectly try to exclude me, and they would just end up making themselves look bad, and making my special someone unhappy. And then they got a little less subtle with wanting me out of the picture.
So I finally told my guy what was going on, and because of their strange behavior with me lately, it all made sense to him and he believed me. And he definitely took my side over theirs. IP: Logged |
