She is so beautiful!!! Just briefly,I woke up 6am on the 6th with contractions five mins apart. Total of 13 hours labor and about 20 mins of pushing. I cried out for drugs during transition but changed my mind when I felt the urge to push and then I just gave it my all and knew she would be out any moment. I can't believe I did it!!! When I have both hands free I will post some pics!! IP: Logged |

No drugs in ur post implies no epidurals- is it? How wud u describe the pain ,contarctions in the birth process ..i mean will it be unbearable agony, is it too painful ...being almost close to my final wait,it feels better to hear someones genuine feedback. Please dont strain and write when u really can. But please do reply And may i ask if an episectomy was done ? I will be going for a growth scan on 12 sept and planning to ask the doc regd these things too..and wat she advocates.

That is such wonderful news! I'm so happy for you! Get your rest and I'm sure we'll all be delighted to receive updates when you're able. Sweet Baby Baby, sweet baby, with tears in your eyes Rest your head gently, there's no need to cry, Come let me sing you a soft lullaby The sandman is coming and dreamland is nigh;
Baby, sweet baby, with skin soft and fair And little pink ribbons done up in your hair, In your tiny world there should not be a care May angels surround you and send you a prayer; Baby, sweet baby, your cute button nose Your soft tiny fingers and sweet baby toes Have truly bewitched me and nobody knows How the depth of my love for you just grows and grows; So precious and tender your love is to me, Until I first held you, I never could see How wonderfully magical my life could be - You've opened my heart and my spirit is free! - Linda Ori

Oh, WOW!!!!, she is a gorgeous little bodhisattva!!!So excited! But hush,... hush,... peacefulness for baby. Plenty of time for pinching cheeks. Oh, I feel so good when I see pictures of babies. Its better than pictures of lamas and saints. I get all happy and silly. This may be a whole new kind of therapy! We should research this. Looking at pictures of babies. Two minutes a day, in the morning, and whenever you get discouraged. Better than prozac! Beautiful poem Eleanore shared. And beautiful pictures and sentiments all around. Yes, yes, a very pretty name!!! Here!!, here!!! YAY!!! Babies!!!! YAY!!! Mommies!!! Oh look at those tiny pink fingers!!! Oh, those puckered baby eyes!!! Like baby yoda, only a billion times cuter! Did she yawn yet!!!?!?!?! Did you get to see her yawn?!?!?! OHHHH!!!!! Lucky lucky lucky. Way to go, Sunchild!!!!!!!! TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!!! IP: Logged |

SHE'S SO BEAUTIFUL!!!I am so proud of you! I knew you could do it. that transition's a bear, isn't it! With my last birth, I was fine, I knew I would get through it... but with my daughter, I said 'I never said I *hated* drugs!" but then my body was pushing a few mins later.. whew! Oh I love you and your new family!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is your establishing bond and nursing going? remember if you need any advice or a shoulder or anything, I am open, non jugemental, I am here and I am still doing the same thing, or it is very fresh in my mind, so please, feel free to contact me.
