I've tried these before, and found that on the day she did them I would suddenly realise that I felt much better than usual. Lighter and less tired.

I just signed up to her two free healings, and I got the confirmation email where she says I've now been attuned for this special healing that I can access/activate whenever I choose. I haven't activated it yet but it seems like a good meditation at the very least!

Has anyone else had experience of Lisa's healings?
