A few months ago I read-up a little bit on Adrenal Burn-out (same links you provided) and found that i had almost all the symptoms described. I have not been tested for it or anything and ended up not looking too much more into it after that. It was a little overwhelming. I just try to keep up with taking supplements and got some Blue Green Algae for the high mineral content. Sorry i cant be of more help in that department.

The real reason I am here is because I had a dream about you last night. Or about us rather. I probably wouldnt have remembered it if i didnt wake up because i had to go to the bathroom during it. I made a mental note of what went on and thought about whether to tell you about it or not (because it's a little strange, as dreams usually are). Anyway, i figure if it's possible that it could help you, than why not? To me, dreams are more than just useless imaginings that go on in our heads at night. You probably feel the same way. It's possible that we met in the astral and I was to remember this to give the message back to you. Who knows?!

So, the dream goes: You and i were sitting on a large bed in a room. It's as if we were old pals having a sleepover or something. The topic of our coversation was health related, which i find interesting now. I was doing most of the talking and i was telling you about the benefits of Aloe Vera. You were very interested in what i was saying about it and told me that you have a special affinity with that particular plant. So, you were quite interested to learn more about it.

*sidenote: I actually do know about the health benefits of Aloe Vera juice because a few months ago I picked some up in hopes that it would help my father out with some of the health problems he's having. After reading up more on it, I have been taking it now too and have noticed positive changes in my own health. More energy, mental and physical, clearer skin and helping with detoxing/purification process.

So anyway, i was telling you about the many ways in which it can help to aleiviate or eliminate many health issues. I remember mentioning "candida" and you said that that was a problem for you. I went on to say that Aloe Vera taken internally has antifungal properities and can eliminate it. Okay, we went on for awhile discussing this and i was surprised to know how much i remembered about it.

That's about the gist of it. I'm not sure if this is something that could help you but it might be worth a shot!

I usually dont remember my dreams btw so i figure this one was remembered for a reason.

Because of this dream I stopped by the local healthfood store today and picked up some more. This time I got a different (though more expensive, but I think, worth it) brand of Aloe Vera juice. While at the store I took the time to read the pamphlets provided by each company and decided it was worth it to buy the better stuff this time.

I had read warnings about taking too much because of the laxative effects (because of high aloin) that most brands of the juice contain, but the one i found today has safely removed that, allowing one to take it daily without those side effects.

If you feel you are suffering from Adrenal Burnout, you may be lacking in certain vitamins or minerals, or even (like in the dream) suffering from candida overgrowth - like so many people are without even knowing it. That too, can cause a whole host of health problems that are often mistaken for other ones.

Okay, well, I hope this didnt weird you out and that if it resonates with you that maybe you can get your hands on some quality juice and it helps you feel better.

I'll provide some info and a link to the brand of juice I got today. Apparently it is better than most brands out there because of the unique way it's processed, keeping the beneficial properies of it intact, for better absorbtion. We'll see!
