Hey everyone!
A friend of mine is starting to get sick; he has a sore throat. Just wanted to see what everyone's home remedy is for a sore throat!

this sounds disgusting. but it works if it's still early.it takes 3 ingredients.
garlic
cayenne pepper
honey just chop the garlic and mix everything, let it sit in the sun for an hour or something. then take one spoonful every hour. it actually tastes good if you get used to it. it relieved the symptom of my friend's throat infection, though of course he had to go to the doctor in the end because it was an infection... alternative
cook ginger and garlic with cayenne papper to make tea. then drink it with lots of honey throughout the day. this is he first thing i give myself when i feel like getting sick. combined with vitamin c, it usually goes away. IP: Logged |

I use those three and throw in the juice of a couple lemons and also grate horseradish root into the mix.Garlic is also anti-fungal, and anti-viral. Plus it's tasty!  ------------------
