Can someone please help or advise? My lovely libran partner (virgo moon) has an awful indigestion problem and takes loads of indigestion type tablets or powder that don't always work. I have NEVER heard a stomach like his and sometimes the noises actually emerge through his mouth but it isn't a burp! He calls it bubbles. And as for the other end - lets not go there... But it really concerns me as it causes him so much discomfort to the point that one night last week he thought he was having a heart attack. He couldnt breath properly and had to fall asleep sitting up. He is v careful with what he eats and knows what to avoid. There just seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. He had an ulcer a few years ago. I wonder if his problems are more psychological/astrology based. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Try searching "common food allergies" to see if any of those foods are being eaten frequently. It could just be sensitivites, not full blown food allergies. I have issues with white flour, potatoes, dairy fats. I am fine with corn and onions and such so you have to try to see if eliminating any types of foods from this list helps.
PS i am double virgo so i know about stomach issues more than i want to. lol!

It could be IBS or any number of nasty bowel disorders or diseases. He should be checked out by a doctor to rule out the worse things.
Seeing it is feeling like heart attacks for him and forces him to sleep sitting up..
do not delay getting him to a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW...
I sympathize..the agony was so bad for me yesterday I almost went to the ER.

Well all I can say is "It must be love"

If he sits on the couch wearing jog/sweatpants, one hand stuck down them and the other one on the tv remote I would tell you to run for the hills!

But it sounds like you do love him and he must have a lot of endearing qualities so

Aerophagia caused by swallowing large amounts of air when chewing or drinking. Does he rush his food or chew gum?

Also a high sugar diet/yeast imbalance can cause the stomach to ferment like...well like a fermenting bubbling vat of ale!

Get him to drink fennel tea. I know men don't or wont touch herbal teas but tell him it's crisis time.

LEXX is right to say chest pains should always be checked out but I think probable cause is air building up and feeling pressure at the top of the stomach.

He needs to eat frequent small meals and get him some of the drops they put in babies bottles to bring their wind up.
And a good quality probiotic should help.
Plus I have heard of a miracle pill (safe) called Intestaid that repairs and rebalances
the gut so might be worth a shot.

As long as he doesn't shove your head under the duvet!!!!

I have a digestive problem.

I am taking this Trim-Maxx herbal tea every night and that clears my stomach very thoroughly that I feel better the whole day.

It is helping me from more than a year. It is available on Vitamin World. Just try for few days, if it helps. Be sure to take quantity right for his stomach.

I prepare two cups of tea with one packets which is good for 2 days(1 cup every night after dinner) and that is good for my stomach.

HHmmmmm...only 41?
How long has he had these symptoms?
I ask because one of my exes has had bowel cancer and extensive surgeries. His symptoms were the same. He was only a teenager then.
I know a few others under age 50 with such symptoms who had Ulcerative Colitis and or Liver or Prostate troubles.
Some over 50 with esophogeal/stomach cancer too.

I am not saying he has these things, but please urge him to get it all checked out.

And yes, such can mimic a heart attack or actually be linked to real heart trouble.
The need to sleep sitting up is disturbing.
