Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried the shirodhara (3rd eye oil drip!)?

And if you have noticed an improvement in your emotional state? As in, not letting any past fears/issues control you?

It is an ancient Ayurveda healing practice originated from india which is supposed to reduce stress, negative thinking and release negative emotions to move forward.
