Has anyone had any shamanic healing and did it work for you?

And did anyone try the drumming aswell?

I'm just curious about how this shamanic healing has worked on an inner level and helped anyone?

no but i read the book of a shamanic healer....she discusses the experience quite in depth...yeh she mentioned the use of percussion , for both one on one and group healings; integral to affecting brainwave frequency, its amazing stuff...i reckon youd need to prepare yourself fully in body and mind...seems intense but wonderful. and i would love to try it to!
