psst... juliano is kind of a jerk,
but he has some good information.
Let me never forget where i came from,
or lose compassion for the little people.

Valus, Oh yes let me say it now! Juliano is my least favorite rawfoodie... Only because he's a little off the scale and instead of believing in himself, he perhaps, dare I say it, loves himself. I think he's hollywooded. Which is cool too, I guess, it's all a journey.

"hollywooded".. yes.

But is loving oneself so bad?

I want a passionate
love-affair with myself.
Doesn't everyone?

remind each other
then, of all we know.

Raw food, to some degree, is good - yeah, I love all those salads in summertime. However - my gran used to say that if you don't have at least 1 cooked meal a day, your stomach will bloat, and having been brought up on a raw-food diet, I'm inclined to think she's right.

Also, some foods, like meat, fish and grains, NEED cooking.
