i took this for awhile, daily, and felt somewhat peppier than usual but nothing to write home about. then stopped for awhile. a couple of weeks ago on my way out to visit friends i took some, headed on my way, and three or four hours later started feeling queazy and crampy, and while walking with the friends i was getting woozier and clammier by the minute. by the time we got to their house i had to go home, and spent the next several hours running to the john...slept it off and felt fine the next day.

yesterday, after two weeks of not taking ashwagandha, for some reason i decided to start up again. took a dose on my way out to work and...3 hrs later, same thing as last time.

maybe it just doesn't agree with me, but it was fine for a couple of weeks. maybe there are some "bad" caps in the bottle? maybe it is a rather immediate and unpleasant detox reaction?
