Been upping potassium intake and eating celery
and red hot peppers.
Lots of garlic and have been doing most of the other things on the links you gave.
It has went down, not stayed, but now it is going up and down instead of staying high.
I got down to 122/66 yesterday but up to 168/90 also.
Today not as low but not as high.
I think I need chiropractic but have to wait until I can afford it again. And need x-rays before that too, as something is messed up more.
