Who has some good remedies for blocked sinuses. My sinus cavities are a bit swollen, yellow mucus, tenderness. I read botanicals A,B,G will help.

I have my Netti pot, it is my best friend. I have been steaming, drinking lots o water.

I sound like an all new "me".

i recommend buying a bottle of lavender essential oil and carrying it with you at all times. open the cap and inhale directly from the spout! lavender is a great expectorant and anti-inflammatory. the last time i had the flu (10 years ago) i would take a whiff before every client and it would open up my passageways amazingly....about an hour later a whole bunch of stuff would come up through coughing or nose blowing...

while everyone around me was dropping with this bug i carried on working (most of the clients were sick too at the time!!) and suffered only a very brief period when i was knocked out and had to stay home. other people were sick for weeks...
