I'm not sure if we have spoken before or not. I don't think we have communicated via the forum, but perhaps we have talked on another website in the past. I've not been to aussie so it's not there that we could have met. I'm sure we'll sort it eventually.
Thanks for responding to the post.
I guess you must be on the raw food path. If that is the case, any advice or experiences you would like to share would be most welcome.

I've been high raw for several years now, and in the past couple of years I've been eating mega doses of superfoods. My ultimate experience is that, food really does change your consciousness! When we become senstive to energy, like how we sense things from the ground we walk on, to the people in a room, the atmosphere, and food, then all the subtle little energy changes become like the tides in the ocean within. Superfood makes me feel like a superhuman, with super strength, agility, joy, clear seeing, more psychic, ect... It's a part of my lifestyle.

I can totally dig what you are saying. I am just embarking on the path actual intake wise, yet it's been calling me for years. It's been a journey, since age 13 to recover my ability to make health choices for myself...that is a long story for another time, but suffice to say I am grateful that now at the chronological age of almost forty, I have managed to reach a good equalibrium point which is a great place to start from.

Wow, lol right now ppl think I am 15 years younger than I am ( a lot of which is due to a postive outlook and attitude) can you imagine what things will be like once I become and sustain being 100% raw. Lol!

I'm also really grateful for the forum and YOU and having a place to share and for you sharing with me. By the way...I am not new to the forum ( forgot to say that in the last post) just have not been here for awhile and could not access my old password, despite the fact I tried every email address that I have. So ~shegoat~/tlc is now advancedsoul.
