Hi knowflakes.

I have recently been diagnosed with EBV & I am so freaking tired it's so not funny.

I have googled myself silly looking for anything that will help restore my energy levels & I'm not having any luck.

Does anyone know of any supplements/herbs that will help?

Thanks

Thanks for the love guys.

Katatonic

I don't get flu shots, ever. I don't like them.

I have no clue how I contracted it to be honest. I don't know anyone that has had it that could have exposed me to it. It's so frustrating.

I read SunChild's post about that diviana stuff & I have about 50% of the ingredients here at home so I might make up my own concoction, lol.

If you have the ingredients yourself DEFINITELY make your own- much cheaper in the long run. Sorry to hear that Spanky ... "Virus" are tough to pull out. Using a Zapper on the neck will help tremendously. These "virus's" don't like the radio frequency from the Zapper and literally want to escape, it might speed up recovery. One of the best healing technologies available. I hope one finds it way to you.

Spanky!! You poor thing! I didn't realise!

Let's process this for a moment.....

Epstein barr virus - glandular fever - herpes virus - shingles - run down - no energy...........computing..........

Sunchild has an awesome point about Zappers. I didn't know what they were until reading this thread. But it works on vibration, and Vibration is the key to Life and therefore healing.

Also Dr Emotos Hado reading of fruit for stress and immunity:

Figs, kiwifuit, kumquat, prunes

Also, hit your body with Vitamin C...

Get your brain into alpha, theta and delta waves for healing.

Do you have a cat? Get it to sit on your lap to reap its 50Hz frequency - that will slow down your cerebral rhythms.

LOL

I have two cats. Both of them hate being picked up & cuddled. Typical

Okay - here's your prescription.........

*** Vitamin C and Ascorbic Acid powder (from health shop at about $10.00) mixed into Woolies cheap pure orange juice (with pulp) x 1 glass per day

*** Orange juice (Woolies sells it for $1.87 for 2 litres - real cheap!!) x 3 glasses per day.

*** kiwifruit and figs for morning and afternoon tea.

*** Nana naps with a cat.

*** Peaceful, meditative music.

Remember to drink orange juice through a straw to protect your teeth from the citrus acid.

That's about all I can really think of. I got shingles once when I was under a lot of stress. So I think rest is the most important thing.

Uncuddly cats??? Unthinkable!! Doyou think that happens when you have two - they have each other and don't need a human?

I just got a flash of intuition. A bit of sunlight and a walk in some beautiful public gardens will do you the world of good.

I was also thinking, Spanky (and 'no', it didn't hurt), that you might respond really well to tantric stuff for healing, with your Venus in Scorpio 8th H.

Or even make massage someone telepathically!

Another idea to help you relax - is to have your son sleep in bed with you for a couple of nights. (not sure how old he is - he may be too 'cool' for that).

Hope you're feeling better xoxox

Oh Koi, what I wouldn't give for a massage. Some to manipulate me into oblivion.

My boy slept in my bed the other night, He hasn't done that in a while & we both slept peacefully. He woke in the morning & complained lol. He's about to turn 9. His birthday on Friday & his baby days are getting few & far between.
