Writesomething......I've noticed this too.
After switching to all fruits and veggies and fish I noticed my skin was glowing after a month or two....and I eat a snack of carrots almost everyday.
I never considered carrots would have that affect...thanks for posting this, nice observation.

Noy only do you notice a difference in your skin but you also feel 'lighter' and good inside.

Ive been drinking lemon juice with water and putting it on my face with a cotton ball and notice a blackhead coming to surface naturally that has been there for awhile. Lemon juice on face= good for blackheads so far.

A few years ago, to relieve symptoms of a rather persistent skin allergy, I had to go on a week-long fresh foods and natural juices fast. Had to give up *all* other forms of food; I remember being frustrated at the sight of a bag of Cheetos, I actually cried...

...Even though I appeared to others to be eating virtually nothing, as I was only drinking juices and water for a few days, my skin actually got better than ever, my eyes were bright, there was no sign of hunger or weakness even though I was feeling a bit dizzy on the LAST day of the liquid fast, when I received those compliments...

Raw natural foods are the BEST; you can never go wrong with them... I'm planning to dedicate one day of each week to eating only raw fruits/veggies and drinking only 100% PURE fruit juice and water... Yes, I will do that. I feel that it will restore my energy, vitality, concentration, sense of purpose in life, and connection with Nature...

An important message from Peter Ragnar...
http://www.roaringlionpublishing.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=RLP&Product_Code=BGLO&Category_Code=BG

Have you ever been told, "You look radiant?" It really felt good, didn't it? But somehow you knew they weren't referring to your figure or your makeup. Actually, you could have even received this compliment if you were a bit heavier than you'd like to be, and you were still intending to make good on your promise to get to the gym.

Isn't it true that whenever we're paid a compliment like, "You look good," "You're in great shape," or, "Something about you glows," it encourages us to look even better, get into even better shape, or to figure out how to be even more radiant? Well, here's the good news: there is a way to increase your body's glow!
"I want you to think of your body as containing millions of miniature lights, and your skin as a magnificent lampshade."

To increase your radiance, it would make sense that you'd need to increase the voltage, wouldn't it? Just consider how millions suffer with dry, scaly skin (despite the lotions they use), and brittle fingernails, lusterless hair, and dull, dry eyes. You'll agree that there's not much radiance or glow in that grim picture. You see, your cells are intended to function as lights giving off bioluminescence. Your light is your lifeforce being exhibited to those around you. Yes my friend, as scary as it sounds, if you don't glow, your cells will rust or rot.

"In order for you to radiate that healthy glow, your cells must act as a biological furnace."

Fire requires oxygen - not too much, not too little. If there's not enough, the cell will rot, just like food in a compost pile. If there's too much, the cell will oxidate - this is how things rust. It's also why we supplement with anti-oxidants to try to protect our cells from destruction.

"Can I give you a simple example? When fats are damaged by oxygen, they become rancid."

This allows free radicals to damage tissue by knitting it together. This, of course, is most apparent in facial wrinkles. Not very pretty you'll agree, but the beauty secret nobody talks about is that there's an ingredient in the skin of fruits and vegetables which counteracts that problem. Unfortunately, none of us have been able to eat enough fruits and veggies in a day's time to reach the desired level of effectiveness - until now.

"Imagine a huge basket of fresh fruit and vegetables; wouldn't it be wonderful if you could get the electromagnetic benefits of all that in one tablespoon - one small, tasty serving that would light you up like a lightbulb?"

Here's what I'd like you to do: take this delicious, amazing concentrate for 7 to 10 days. Keep a pen by your calendar and begin to mark each day that someone compliments you on your body's glow. They'll not know what's happened to you until you let them in on the secret. Here's how you can get your glow started.

Personal Endorsement from Peter Ragnar
For almost 30 years, I've tried every possible superfood on the market. It wasn't until my first taste of BodyGlow that I knew I had found what I'd long searched for. Not only the great taste, but the sudden energy infusion, and how it amplified my aura so much that even strangers asked what I was doing. I'd blush if I told you some of the comments.

Men aren't usually asked about the luster of their hair or why they smell so good (and it's not about the aftershave lotion). I'll leave the rest of it up to your imagination. Start glowing right now! http://www.roaringlionpublishing.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=RLP&Product_Code=BGLO&Category_Code=BG

Maybe it could be added to a green smoothie? A supernatural smoothie?

I think raw foods do it.
