Thank you for your advice.
However;
I have already done as you advise and no luck.
Juice also sends my sugar super high and keeps it high.
I have been on many kinds of fasts.
None lower it substantially, and as I said, some raise it.
(have tried so many things)
Good advice for some things though.
So thank you nevertheless.

Charcoal, Chelation Therapy, Chromium, Cinnamon.....
Have tried too, with some slight success on several issues.
Also magnetic therapy.

ok... she's currently taking insulin along with Glicazide, Metformin and Victoza... if i understood correctly it's the Victoza that helps to regulate her metabolism and boosts the efficiency of the other three... of course, she has been ( and still is ) constantly monitored by her specialist - correcting dosages etc etc...

Some of my acquaintances having diabetes drink bitter gourd juice or eat it raw like cucumber or carrot slices. It helps to keep it in check. I don't know how in the world they manage to do drink/eat that. Have you ever tried it? It works they say.
