When you don't feel well mentally or physically--try it.
It is so soothing.
My favorite juice is apple and cucumber.
I like apple and celery some but not as much.
There are so many interesting combos you can try even fresh tomato juice with cayenne.
Anyway, if anyone is interested me can talk about Juicing
