Fresh Cabbage juiced. It must be taken within a few minutes due to the nature of cabbage.
You can make an apple juice and add the cabbage at the end.
Organic Habanero pepper will heal ulcers too but one must start out very slowly and it will hurt lol

Vinegar, Kraut, yogurt, hot peppers, Wasabe, and Bismuth.
Take lactase enzyme if lactose intolerant or use Acidolphilus capsules instead of yogurt.
Use the Bismuth at bedtime.

I made a batch earlier; 99% of ingredients in it I grew myself. It tastes good but I hadn't any fish sauce, so it had to be soy sauce, going to let it stew overnight in the fridge.

I notice you asking about Taurus moon a lot. This would be your love for gardening, canning your own food and making delicious home made meals.
I can't imagine how delicious home made Kimchee would be.
I used to make my own pickles. It was so much fun.I had a huge pickle jar.It took 4 days to make a batch. It looked like a high school science lab
Oh they were incredible!
