Will watch it later. But on a side note, you need fat in your diet (not animal fat, but some kind). The brain is mostly fat, and fat protects the cells.

Not no fat. Just less fat, but always good fat.

Fat makes me fat, what you know! LOL

Low fat works for me, dropped a jeans size today.

I can at as much carbs as I want and I still lose weight. I'm starting to believe this guy.
