So I've been meditating for a least a couple years, though inconsistently. Well I started making it more routine the past 2-3 weeks meditating when I wake up and before I go to sleep. This may sound strange, but the past few days I've been feeling a vibration in my bum. Not sure if it's related to the meditation and my base chakra or what. Have also had old emotions surface (frustration, sadness) and have either been very chatty or very introverted. Also have been really tired lately.

Anyone ever experience this sort of stuff or know anything about it? I'm still pretty new to these things
