I've sprained my wrist and I've been wearing a Q-ray bracket for the last couple days.

I kinda feel a difference, but I'm not sure if its just a "placebo effect" or actually making a difference.

Has anyone else every wear an Ionized Bracelet before?

My wrist is feeling a lot better.

But, I've yet to determine if it was the bracket or psychology.

I've been wearing a Q-ray for about 4 years, I never take it off. I got it for a sore wrist, I've had no problems since. I don't know if it's the placebo effect or not.

They use tourmaline. It has been proven to release ions once touched. But how it does so is a mystery.
