And I have to laugh, cause I broke one years ago, nothing to do for it...

It is my left pinky toe, I have it splinted in popsicle sticks and tape..and cant work cause the "required" shoes for me, hurt!!

SO, I am off till next Friday...

Sigh....

I hobbeled down to Redbox and got some movies...I hobbeled around the area I broke my toe, to create a better place so nobody, or me does it again...LOL!

My dear Irish friend said tis the Universe that is telling me it's time to stop!!!

And relax!!!!

Toes shouldn't break that easily. You might have a marginal Calcium deficiency or a Vitamin D deficiency (or both). Try taking a Calcium with D and also Magnesium (preferably a Cal/Mag 2 to 1 ratio). Magnesium neutralizes stomach acid, so take this on an empty stomach, preferably before bed at night. Magnesium relaxes muscles, so you will sleep well.

Ohhhh! I heard Cal-Mag reduces anxiety as well!! It sounds overall like a good supplement. Where could I find this? I went to Vitamin World but didn't see anything.

Cal/Mag is not the brand name. Any vitamin store should have a calcium magnesium supplement. Walmart has a 1,000 calcium and 500 magnesium with D.

Thanks again, ya'all

Mirage, that is my life with 3 fixed tsquares...a stellium of Mars, Mercury and Jupiter, closely conjuncted in Aqua in the 3rd, closely, again opposing Uranus himself and all closely sqparing my Taurus moon in the 6th..

My life seems to ride on the wings of Uranus!

Btw, all that mess, closely again, aspects my Scorpio rising..

sigh...

such is my life...

But I accept my life.

Thank you for the concern!

blessins!!!

ps going to work tomorrow, actually two toes are involved, can get my foot in a tennis shoe, but taking slippers, just in case...
