careful from a lot of youtube videos. i was searching about orognite a while ago, and could see some videos were just there to spread misinformation or make it look like a crazy people thing, not a science, when it is a science.

okay now what to do for yourself?
If you live near the sea or ocean or salty lakes, go and try and search for the biggest salt granular you can find.

then grind it and bath in that salt.

(table salt is the exact opposite, will actually clog you on the inside out, with artery problems and energy blocks)

Even better if you live near such places, go for a swim in that water, it will cleanse you at more than one level.

There is a whole science of why salt water cures these things at the atomic level, but to long to post over here.

also check out organite, u might want to start to try it with a tiny piece and see if that does anything for you?

I've never had this issue with YouTube meditation videos but I believe it. There's a lot of random posts on there lol.

Any of the ones Ive ever done have been very beneficial to me. Walk through meditations and solfeggio frequencies in the tune of various things such as love, awakening intuition, etc. You obviously just need to use your better judgement in choosing.

Also, if you are into gemstones, it's wise to have some on you to protect the energy of your aura. Grounding and cleansing stones like smokey quartz, tourmaline, hematite, rainbow obsidian...
