Summary of their program by my friend Sriram Jaganmohan:

Recently I attended a program organized by anatomictherapy.org. It deals with the various health issues faced by us and how taking medicines compounds the problem instead of solving it. They teach us how to solve all our health issues without any medicines by activating our own ability to self heal. I am just attaching a summary of the program. You will find more details on the website. The reason I liked the program is because it was very logical, 100% natural treatment by just focusing on our food & other habits, they never tried to market any product, the teacher had 0% commercial interest etc, and they don’t have any copyright etc. All books, CD’s are available for download free of cost and anybody can freely be distributed them as they want more and more people to know about this so that mankind can live longer and in a more healthy way.
How many ladies know about the various parts in the human body? Then how are they able to give birth to a baby with all parts exactly at its spot. Our body is extremely intelligent and knows to cure all your problems. Never ever doubt its ability. That is the biggest crime one can do. With no medicines only by controlling when and how you eat food all problems in your body can be resolved. The food you consume is the best medicine you can give to your body. Focus only on that.
5 Kinds for Illness:
1. Spoiled blood.
2. Spoiled mind.
3. Low Hemoglobin or less blood.
4. One particle not present in blood.
5. Your body’s intelligence is spoiled (Ability to cure is spoiled).
Body & Mind does not know about sickness. Only brain knows about sickness. Body and mind knows only to cure diseases. Only during sleep our diseases get cured as it is the only time brain is not active. Easy to cure uneducated people but difficult to cure more educated and intellectual people as their brain is more active and wants to control things.
Once you believe that you need operation or medicine your body and mind will stop to function and allow you to take the medicine. Belief system solves all your problems not medicine or any saint. Believe in your body’s ability to cure it. Then your body, mind and brain will co-ordinate and all your health problems will be resolved.
Man’s body has billions of cells. Daily many 1000’s change and become new. So all bad cells will change and become new and good naturally in a span of 11 months.
Separate treatment for each problem in each part of the body is a myth. If you solve the 5 illness stated above all problems in body including AIDS & cancer can be solved.
Myths about some common diseases:
1. Blood Pressure: Lungs clean blood and heart pumps blood. Close eyes don’t shake body meditate blood pressure goes down naturally. Similarly if you give work to body or mind your blood pressure increases. Blood pressure is a measure of how many cells in your body need food. More problems in your body more work for your cells and hence higher your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high it means that your body is curing your disease. If you take medicine you artificially make sure that your cells don’t get enough food and do enough work making sure your disease is not cured. Blood pressure will make your heart function at a fixed rate instead of allowing it to pump at the optimum rate. 10,000 cells problem will become 1 Million cells problem. Blood pressure check up is an irrelevant for a normal person. It is required only for somebody who is undergoing an operation to make sure that heart pumps at a certain rate as if the birth pump rates goes out of control it may lead to death. If you are taking B.P. Medicine than follow the below mentioned process and you continue taking medicine for 30 days, next 30 days reduce the dosage to 3/4th, 3rd month reduce it to ½ and 4th medicine to ¼ and the 5th month you stop taking medicines. Doctor’s should solve the problem and not make taking medicine lifelong.
2. Sugar is all there in all the food we eat. Our pancreas will check if the sugar is good or bad. Fully digested sugar is good and not fully digested sugar is bad. Pancreas will give insulin to good sugar and they will go to all cells. The bad sugar which is not fit to stay in the body goes out in the form of urine. Doctors will take urine test to determine if we have sugar. (i.e to check if too much sugar goes out in the form of urine). If so the right treatment is to teach you how to eat food and digest the same so that more of your sugar gets converted to good sugar. But the doctor's give you medicine which gives insulin to bad sugar and helps them stay in the body and goes to cells and make sure you get all diseases in the world one by one. In summary what they do is to make sure that contaminated stuff which should go out of your body as urine stays in the body.
Sugar is a matter of digestion and nothing else. Learn to eat so that sugar is digested. Most hospitals do not have equipments to measure different varieties of sugar but instead they measure total amount of sugar. Only some types of sugar body will take and a few human body will reject. 99% of doctors don't know much about this and make sure that you suffer.

3. Thyroid & Calcium deficiency: Calcium is required for blood. Many vegetarians believe that they have to take milk for calcium as they don’t get calcium in any other food. Spinach has 15 times more calcium than milk. Similarly carrot. Foxtail millet is another highly nutritious food which provides lot of calcium. These 3 food items along with morning sunlight will make sure that body does not have any calcium deficiency. Also oil bath weekly once provides the body with lot of calcium. Based on graham diwali is the best day in the year to have oil bath.
Thyroid controls calcium and removes or adds calcium from the blood. If there is thyroid problem calcium or sodium in blood spoiled not thyroid. If calcium gets spoiled body becomes thin and if sodium spoiled body becomes fat. Your blood has to be treated not thyroid.
4. Cholesterol: There are two types of cholesterol. Good cholesterol which is well digested fat and bad cholesterol which is badly digested fat. Fat is necessary for life. Don’t stop taking fat. Learn to digest it well and eat good well cooked good stuff. Never stop taking coconut. Coconut does a great job in solving many diseases in the body. Coconut milk and panakkal patti (south indian food) mixed together will solve all diseases in body. Problem is not in coconut but in heating coconut. If we mix coconut after heating instead of heating it all problems solved.

Similarly if we remove oil & sugar from food it is dirt. Always take only full fat food and never take any form of low fat diet. Oil from Black sesame + panakkal patti is the best oil available worldwide. It has great medicinal value. Taking 2-3 drops of sesame oil in the morning will also solve many problems.

Only when some particle in blood is spoilt some parts of body get sick. So if we get sick than some part of blood has spoilt and that has to be solved. Our blood will become perfect if we eat good food and digest it well.

Tips for eating:
Do’s:
1. Eat only when you feel hungry. What you eat is less important than when you eat. When you are hungry it means body is ready to convert everything into good blood. If you eat when not hungry or don’t eat when you are hungry than you will fall sick. In a month if you eat 10 out of 90 times when you are hungry all problems are solved. Acid in stomach is active and it digests food fully when we get hungry.
2. When you eat if the food mixes with saliva and goes inside it is medicine else poison. Lips should be closed while eating. Else air will mix with food and spoil digestion. So digest well by closing lips and mixing saliva.
3. Eat will full awareness and think only about food and nothing else while eating.
4. Thank god while eating food. Show respect to food and honor it as medicine.
5. Give full work to teeth while eating. It helps to digest the food well. If we don’t give full work to teeth and saliva while eating it makes the work of saliva in stomach more difficult.
6. Don’t drink water half an hour before, half an hour after and at the time of taking food. Water is the enemy of digestion as it dilutes the acid in body. Many people need water as the food is hot. If food is hot it means your body says don’t take this food. It does not mean you should take water. If absolutely necessary than one can take 1/4th to ½ a glass water while eating food.

How much ever you eat if you follow these points you will put never put weight. Also swallow the food only after you have no taste in tongue. If your food is tastier it is good food. Eat more such food. Even while drinking water try to sip, taste and drink it slowly.

Similarly eating more garlic, onion or anything growing below the root is good for sex drive. Eat anything but make sure that only the mouth knows the name and the stomach does not what you are eating.

Don’ts:

1. Don’t see TV/read books or do anything else while eating food as your concentration gets diverted and it affects your digestion.
2. Similarly don’t speak while eating as air goes into your mouth and your concentration also gets diverted.
3. Don’t put your legs down while eating. Cross legged posture is better. If you put your legs down energy goes into legs and overall body energy drops. So sitting in the floor is always better than sitting on table while taking food. Even when not eating cross legged posture has lot of benefits compared to putting your legs down.
4. Eat only home food and not hotel food. Hotel food focuses only on taste and does not have prana (life force energy).

Eat as much as you require based on your hunger. Quantity differs based on one’s volume of physical/mental work, height, weight, climate etc. If you eat more you will not eat sick. But instead you will not again feel hungry for a long time reducing the number of times you take food.

Also don’t eat for 45 minutes after taking bath and take bath for 2.5 hrs after eating. Best daily meal is natural uncooked food in the morning, cooked food in the afternoon & easily digestible congee in the night. Don’t have masala items or anything else which is difficult to digest in the night. Don’t drink butter milk while taking food. Take it separately.

White sugar, Tea and coffee are poison. Similarly white rice which is polished is very bad for health. Brown rice is very healthy. Brown rice + congee + thoor dal is a very healthy diet.

All forms of allergy are an entry in the subconscious mind. It is not natural. They can be cured only by changing the record in subconscious mind. This can be achieved by deep meditation.

Being very perfect is a disease. Lead your life in a happy and relaxed way.

It is only our bone marrow which cures all diseases. All that is required is good blood and not any medicine or cure diseases. There are six things which cure our blood and keep it healthy (Food, Water, Breath, Sleep, Physical work & mind).

Water: No need to filter and heat water. Body can handle virus. Water has prana which dies if water is heated. If you fill your water take with the heated & filtered we drink. Similarly filtering water filters all good and bad things. Without filtering all good and bad things go inside and our body is capable to handle all bad things. Mud pot is the best natural filter. Water will be clean in 24 hours. Similarly brass pot filters water in 24 hours. Copper vessel filters water in 4 hours. Drinking water kept in copper vessel after 6 PM in the evening. In the day time drink water from mud pot or brass pot. White color cotton also has the ability to filter water without removing good stuff. Can water we drink in house is ok as long as we don’t use a filter.

Drink water whenever required based on nature of body, climate, nature or work etc. No specific rule. Excessive or too less water leads to kidney failure. Taking water early in the morning on empty stomach is good.

Excreta: Always go when you feel and don’t go otherwise. This is very important and it solves constipation and many other problems. Controlling motion and urine is very bad for our health.
We should not be able to see anything we eat in your excreta. If you see something that means food is not properly digested. Also our excreta should float and not go down in the toilet if our food is well digested.

Sleep & sleep pills: Open window and allow free flow of air while sleeping. Else you will get no prana and your body will not be able to cure its diseases. Mosquito coil kills you slowly. Live and sleep in an environment with lot of air. Air conditioner has no prana and is very dangerous. An A/c which gets air from outside is better than the one which cools the air inside.

Energy goes out when you give work to body, intelligence and feelings. If you don’t give work to body, intelligence and feelings without sleeping it is called rest. In the night when you try to sleep mind & brain first get rest before your body goes to sleep. If you sleep immediately it means you have given less work to mind & brain. If you don’t get immediate sleep than it means your mind & brain want to arrange some files. By taking pills if we don’t get proper sleep we are preventing our mind & brain from arranging the files which will create bigger complications in the future. It is 100% ok if out of 8 hrs in your bed you spend 4 hrs trying to sleep and balance 4 hrs sleeping.

Simple technique for getting sound sleep: Have you ever noticed we feel sleepy while sitting but less often while lying down. It is because the process of arranging the files in your mind and brain is faster when you sit when compared to lying down. So sit (without direct contact to wall or floor) for an average of around 30 minutes in a single place with eyes closed when you feel like sleeping. After sometime you will very sleepy and would find it very hard to be sitting. At that point of time lie down and start sleeping. You will get very sound sleep and even if you sleep for a short time you will feel totally fresh. It is also very healthy. There are also some simple and small physical exercises to get good sleep which you will find on the website in their CD/book.

Also avoid alarm clocks or if you have to have one go for slow music. It is best to get up when your body is prepared to do so rather than based on an alarm clock.

Physical work: Our body has 11 joints. If you give proper work to them all diseases resolved. Video has 10 minute exercise and 5 minutes rest which can be followed. Even otherwise more work to body is healthier. One can practice yoga, swimming, walking etc. But some physical workout everyday is 100% essential.

Further he says to achieve happiness one has to make sure there is no conflict between mind and brain. If there is a conflict there is unhappiness and he teaches many techniques in the video to resolve them.
