Does anyone know about whether headaches are due to blocked chakras and how to release them?

Can relate to many things. I would look at your muscles in the neck (where they touch the skull). If it's very tight that may cause it. Also problems with eye sight and/or tired eye lits can cause this. If it's more of a migraine like headache an acupuncturist can help. Excess liver & heart energy (Chinese medicine) creates heat, turning into headaches. Also a general visit to a doctor may give you some more insight & would be a place to start to see where the imbalance comes from. If looking at chakra's, excess energy in 6th + 7th chakra. But in my opinion it starts in the body.
