Are there any strange things I could do/eat/listen to, to have a healthy baby?I am currently three weeks pregnant, and want to start doing things now to help my baby develop healthily? IP: Logged |

^Yeah, take your prenatal vitamins & omega3's! I like Barleans Flax Oil...it gave my babies nice skin, to the point where our pediatrician marveled at it. Vitamin E prevents miscarriage. Green smoothies are great and will help your baby develop a taste for green vegetables. White flour and white rice are constipating so avoid them...constipation is the reason so many pregnant women get dreadful heartburn. My best advice is to stay *regular* actually. A HEART-FELT CONGRATULATIONS, WhiteWitch111... :starheart: :balloons: :bounce: :starsmile: Keep the "Ethers" around your baby charged thick with Love. Start reassuring your Baby, positive Wonderful intention-Environment! Keep feelings of Maternal nurturance and Love like the spiritual water sac around your baby... Like the sea of your amniotic fluids in the placenta. Talk to your baby. The Soul of the Baby is around you.... Have inner-conversations. Some Souls don't decide to join the Body until later in pregnancy, or even sometimes up to a few weeks after the birthing experience.
That's one esoteric reason for SIDS.... They change their minds, never fully 'owned' the body, then separation. Even miscarriages..... (I had two births, but one miscarriage inbetween them-- such sadness from that back then.) .... The Soul is not destroyed, just the body was malformed or hormone levels affected (some low thyroids are prone to more miscarriages) and the body ejects it.... I spotted up to 5 months with my last one. If the Soul has 'chosen' you for role of Mother, then it will wait for the best physical chances of incarnation.... Besides birthing children of my own, I compiled and created the skeleton of a book for an OB-GYN, which eventually was widely published... Stories about birthing experiences, work among indigenous people, and new age spirituality..... back in the Summer-Fall of 1979. I'm soooo thrilled for you. Please take extra good care! BTW....
