but if you must know if you think someone has cursed you, I once read Tumeric is one of the best protectors out there. You should drink it in the morning either with water or milk, and it'll protect you. (same colour family as the solar peluxes chakra to, which is where i feel a lot of attacks enter us from)

African violets on your window sills will protect your house, so would yellow flowers at the entrance of your house (put them inside, just so no one is tempted to steal them)
