Last night I woke to my child screaming for me and it sounded like he was telling someone or something to go away so I went to his room and he was clutching the end of his bed. I picked him up asking what was wrong and he said something about a shadow he is only 3 years old so it may have been nothing but he was very scared. I am not exactly sure what took place like I said he is three and getting a three year old to explain is difficult. I put him in my room for the night but if something was there I want him protected.

Any ideas on what I could do ?

I would suggest black tourmaline for protection against negative energy, or black obsidian.

This is a good place to talk about crystals and ask for white light to be sent to you, or prayers.

I don't have sage to burn, we moved to Maryland and there are no spiritual stores near where I can pick up a bundle. Not like when lived in Colorado stores were everywhere. This is a new house not old so there should not be lingering spirits.

I do have malachite in my bag and I may have black tourmaline.

I know from experience how shadow figures can scare you even when you are an adult. I don't want my little one to have to worry or be scared with something like that he is way to young for something like that. I did ask for archangel Michel to watch over and protect him from harm.

That does sound frightening, and it's good that you're aware, and that you don't dismiss your child's fears as an overactive imagination. Of course, kids do have bad dreams, but it's always good to keep an open mind, imo.

Out of curiosity, do you personally feel any negative energy in your home?

there is negative energy between me and my husband so it is hard to notice other things that may be here though, over the past week I have been getting headaches more than normal ( not sure if it means anything). I was wondering if something noticed the negative energy in the home and went for the most vulnerable person in the house. Who knows?
