Has anyone here been cured of diabetes? Or do you know of anyone who was cured?

How did you/they go about it?

My blood sugar levels have been stable for two months now. No shots since. I believe I am cured.

Just a little worried because I have a cold or something (going to doc later) which turned into a chest infection and hoping it doesn't trigger anything.

Please share.

Is it type 1 diabetes?

I haven't known many people (actually only one or two) who have experienced that, but they didn't go to much effort to heal themselves. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I'll look into natural remedies, if you want (I'm guessing you've probably already done that, though).

I hope you're right, and wish you the best with your cold. Get well soon!

I believe that our bodies have an incredible strength to heal and regenerate if we provide it with the needed elements it needs for each condition.

Strict diet and exercising are good ways to manage diabetes.

I'm no expert in diabetes but I'll do some readings on it.

All best wishes,

Thanks.

I've been insulin dependant since my teens. Type 2.

Diet and excersize play an important role.
I've experimented with numerous diets and some seemed to wok at first but had no lasting effects. The raw diet was ok for a while too until I decided to do the green diet. It all started with a dream in which my deceased grandad opened my fridged, looked disapprovingly at the contents and then stuck a list of veggies and fruit to eat on the fridge door, giving strict instructions to stick with it.

The dream made no sense until Randall (Bless the Virgo in him) researched the significance of greens and explained in intricate detail and I decided to give it a try.

Spinach, brocoli, green beans (yuck) etc.
Wheatgrass (juicing) too (not so nice tasting).

After a month or so there was a difference. I stuck with it but not solely greens..about 90% of my diet was green.

Long story short: diet combined with a healthier emotional approach made HUGE improvements.

This is why I'm curious if there are any others out there who found their way to cure themselve..something the docs deem as incurable.. Tsk, tsk.

It's been two months now and I'm still going strong despite recovering from a bronchial infection.

We can overcome the odds..believe in a miracle.

I don't know if I've ever known anyone who completely cured their type 2 diabetes, but I've definitely known quite a few people who were able to get off insulin and lower their medication dosage, just by diet and exercise.

I was borderline with gestational diabetes while I was pregnant, but I did take preventative measures with my diet, so it never turned into full blown gestational diabetes.

You can do it!

Ps
I don't believe for a second that type 2 diabetes cannot be cured with exercise and the right diet. I am positive that you can beat this.
