Topic: period with starts with full moon?

my period is in sync with the full moon, does anyone have info about this? i have read that ovulating with the full moon is good but i get my period on it hence i ovulate with the black moon...any thoughts/ should i change this? IP: Logged |

There is no need to change this.I can't remember the details, but there is an association with the feminine energies that differ for each ovulation or menstruation based on the moon, if one or the other takes place during full moon or new moon. You will have to do some research to find out which energies you are currently resonating with based on your cycle and this will lead to self-awareness. Perhaps when you resonate to different energies your cycle will change. IP: Logged |

Mine has varied over the years... And I've been through a lot of stress and learning with my reproductive cycle for many reasons. I have had my period follow the full moons before but currently it is following the new moon. And you shouldn't do anything to try and make it change. Just listen to your body and let it do its thing. IP: Logged |

I was just wondering if it was a cause for concern, or if there is a better way for it to manifest...(I mean now I am following the red moon cycle, which represents the temptress. I was wondering whether I a white moon cycle representing the mother would change the way I am in a way...) but yes, I guess nature is divine and I shouldn't mess with what's alright as it is.
