So i can feel something around me and its not good, i feel like something has been around me for a month now and ever since a lot has started to go wrong...also I had this dream where there was a man, and he had people move him into my "personal space" where he sat down on a thrown and then my dream turned bad and I went to walk around and there was nothing but black puddles and dried up grass...what can I do? And can anyone banish it?

Maybe some sage to cleanse energy and self, meditation to focus on good vibes, gems to raise vibration.

I hear some people spiritually protect themselves by visualizing a white/gold ball of light shinning a beam of to the forehead, visualize this light filling you all up and then shining out of your skin.

I've read in the universal codes forum that visualizing a violet flames does wonders to rid of negative spirits.
