If anyone could spare good thoughts, prayers, I'd appreciate it.
Surgery is Monday. I've only had about two or three hours of sleep since Thursday afternoon.

This is a big reason I've been so depressed. I was afraid something was wrong, because she has had problems for a while, and hasn't got better. She thought she was just depressed, and I hoped it was only that. She only found this, because she fell and broke her hip, and I am terrified. She'll have hip surgery when she's recovered from the heart surgery.

I spoke with my sister and she was upset. We were both apologizing and talking about what happened between us - a conversation that should have happened four years ago. I still don't understand how things went so bad. My family - the best part of my life. I've been having trouble getting out of bed, because it seems like we've lost so many people now, and so have others that I know - and I've just not been able to escape thoughts of not being able to walk downstairs and see my parents, or to call them on the phone. So I hope what I've been feeling, hasn't been what will actually happen.

I thought I would be posting a better update. I was getting ready to, because I finally relaxed, but mum died tonight. She was doing well, supposedly. Everything looked fine, and she was eating more. I finally relaxed, and started to making plans for when she was out of the hospital, after her third surgery which had yet to happen. I held her hand last night and told her we would go and see Ghostbusters when she got out of there.
they think the aneurysm burst. she was talking to a nurse and then she crashed. they tried for half an hour, and called us at just gone 11pm to say they were trying to resuscitate her. I can't believe this. This is not supposed to be happening. they said she was fine. this can't be happening. We're alternating between freaking out and shutting down. I thought I'd better do this as he was letting family know. I really can't believe this. I worried but didn't expect this for years.

Thank you. I can't believe this happened. I was still worried but we were so happy that she was doing so well after both surgeries. this is just tonight. how am i supposed to deal with every day after this?

I'm so very sorry for your loss, I know how you feel as I lost mine too, it's a shock when it's so sudden, I hope you have a good support system. It's going to take time to get used to.
