Hi! I posted something before about cell regeneration but I also have another question. Linda says its necessary to take some pills, vitamine E vitamine B5, vitamine C... for phisicall immortality. I am taking all this but its quite expensive also sometimes I dnt remember to take all of them. Its seems there is some seaweeds like Clorella or Kelp, which have all this vitamins and nutrients too. I dnt know if its a proper dose thou. I just wonder if someone knows if I could replace all this vitamine tablets for just seaweed tablets. Thank you! IP: Logged |

Hi Randall! Ahaha what is this ' bump' thing you writte?I am taking now something called ' super antioxidant' from a brand called Nature's plus. It has vitamine E, vitamine C and some minerals. It smells very natural as it is a concentration of vegetables. Then I take Clorella and kelp ( its seaweeds) as I started being vegan a while ago this is good because it seems it has some aminocacids which usually you find in dairy products. I was vegetarian already , but I stoped a while ago eating dairy products. I have to say my skin looks way waaay cleaner and better after stoping eating dairy products. Maybe there is another reason for this I dont know... but I feel healthier. IP: Logged |

Wow.. haha. I guess people's bodies do differ. Maybe with age?Drinking whole cow's milk is one of the best things for me (body). Keeps my stomach from burning, and evens out blood sugar. I have a reaction (migraine) to almonds, so, I don't think I'd even dare to try the milk. What does it taste like, Randall? Had to cut out Vitamin C supplements and citrus foods -- inflamed my tummy. ohh noo. I miss eating oranges. I can do one every long once-in-a-while.

Actually, it tastes better than milk. It tastes like the milk left in the bowl after some cereal. IP: Logged |

@Mirage, I crack up all the time @that skit she did. Shulia, I found out last year I can rarely digest pills or vitamins. So I ventured through the many dropper styled vitamins. Been searching some decent vitamin c, but I've b3en getting the chewable ones down but I'm not happy over the sugar in any vitamin source. Still seeking a liquid replacement. So far I'm taking D3, B12, Magnesium and a few other antioxidant ones. With todays trace minerals in our foods, we as earth bodies aren't collectively getting the nutritional requirements to be healthy so it is necessary for us to seek what our bodies need. Also I bought a copper pitcher, a few recommendations sited getting copper in the regimen can keep us healthy too. Idk, my nails are starting to look better. IP: Logged |

Hiii! Thank you for all the answers! Actually now my problem is that grapejuice give me diarrea😲😲😲 I look already too thin, and with all the diarreas I am starting to look a bit creepy... I wanna gain weight. I see now the problem is the juice... but maybe also bcs I think I am taking more than I should. I take one litre a day. I wanna follow exactly what Linda says, so I dont know how to replace it. And yes Mirage I think vitamins in other form than tablets are way better. Like... vitamin E in form of oil, or vitamins B in form of syrup.
