I guess we should avoid the other group when we have a goal . But perhaps we may miss other helpful aspects of it and hence always eat a balanced diet.
Testosterone boosters: milk, ashwagandha

I've used a lot of natural testosterone boosters some that come to my mind now is fenugreek and tribulus terrestris some researchs says that they dont increase testosterone but from my experience they definitely raise libido! Also foods that are rich in Zinc works like charm. I'll come with more herbs next post.------------------

thanks Aries! I do eat fenugreek seeds and leafy veggies few times a month. Increasing Libido is fine too --- but really looking for some instant increase as I don't have time for my next date lol.IP: Logged |

I have used Mucuna Pruriens herb with good results in the past, it increases dopamine primarily but may increase testosterone indirectly.
I'm going to visit a bodybuilding store in few days and buy a new natural testosterone booster and post my experience with it.IP: Logged |

I tried zinc supplements in the past and it gave me brain freeze. Natural zinc sources like oysters is best.IP: Logged |
