Hey people I had a bad experience, kind of a shock feeling so afraid because of being next to a situation full of violence. My energy completely went away for 3 days because I am so sensitive to energies and I get so afected. I couldnt even wake up for 3 days my whole body was in pain and I just wanted to be in the mountain and to not interact with this world anymore. Now I slept a lot and I feel way better.
How can I remove this bad energy of fear and this emotional shock? I know all the terrible tiredness and headiches I had its just bcs my spiritual energy went away. I need to recover it.
Any advice or technique?

Do this!! it's an intense technique but it will help you in sweeping away all that fear within an hour. Works amazingly well for me.

Seems amazing! But right I am sick with fever and throat pain and I don't think I have sthrenght to do this.
As soon as I get better I will do it.
