Yes Vansio, garlic is good but makes your nervous system dull. So don't overeat.
Apparently mushrooms are closest in nature to cure diseases of the lungs including TB.
Heard some rumors that the marijuana tree and its leaves is good for lungs too.

Scary times.
Very ill here;
on top of my usual ills.
Very ill going on for two months so far.I would not be surprised if it is a weaponized virus.
I am a hermit;
I rarely go out and never have guests.
So it seems I got it from a routine 6 month doctor visit and lab tests at hospital
Now our doctors tell us to stay home.
Cannot even get tested.
Having autoimmune and other rare disabling conditions;
I am always very strict about infection transmission.
Yet despite doing my decades old usual routine of wearing a mask; and keeping hands clean; even putting clothing worn at doctor/lab; straight into washer;
here we are sick nevertheless.
So just how virulent is this virus?
All my very strict sanitation routines used for decades did not work.

Been doing ALL the remedies mentioned here.
No luck in preventing and or curing this illness afflicting us both.
This is unusual; and strange and scary.Stocked up at least on multi vitamins and rice.
Scary thing is our water needs boiled....as our city water is contaminated again; mostly dog and goose feces overload. They have failed FDA etc.testing for safety for a long time.
We have a jar of pickled garlic; but the healthy foods cannot be re/restocked at this time;
due to logistics and finances. Toilet paper and disinfection products are in shortage too most places. Needed to lose weight but this is a really crappy diet plan. Note:
if anyone is on an antibiotic
take it at least 2 hours before or at least 2 hours after vitamins; especially vitamin C and Calcium and Magnesium.
These interfere with the absorption of many medications.
Also; unless bacterial;
antibiotic medications will not help.
Yeah;
in my opinion and experiences of 65 years to date;
this has got to be a bio-engineered virus.
This is the FIRST TIME in my life to date that an infectious agent has not responded to prevention and or curing in a reasonable time frame.

Apparently most whites comes out of it as its a designer virus targetted towards the expendables -- asians, africans, the obese the old (>70).The higher ups thinks we are far too many. Sounds like a conspiracy theory but history is repeating itself. Everytime we evolve, some one rains on our parade . Sumerians texts indicates they hacked our genes and devolved us. But the divine will interferes and raises us consciousness.
Another Atlantis is gonna happen not this year but soon.
This is very contagious virus. It seems to spread in the air.
Do also stock up on beans not just rice.
Beans and potatoes are good for gut health.
Do eat papaya, small peppers (green and red), turmeric, dried mangoes... Do you remember when was your last visit to the doctor? It will help us isolate the US case.
Turkey is good soure of zinc. and so is nuts (peanuts etc).
Oyster mushrooms are good and some grow it from ground coffee leftover beans. Do lookout for any medicinal mushrooms. If you are in the wild..Do explore.
If you have no time but can afford , try this too: bit expensive but some people swear.
Rub peppermint oil/essence on chest. Also inhale adding drops in medium hot water and cover head with towel over a bowl. Deep breathe.
UV-C light (LED) is one of the ways to disinfect articles but it destroys plastics.
Laughter boosts Immunity. Seriousness destroys our DNAs and those of others we come in contact with.

Cannot use peppermint;
skin too sensitive; peppermint acts like acid on my skin in and out and burns my eyes too.. However been doing plain steam; from a medical face steamer. I ran out of menthol; which helps when I can find and afford it.

Many of the ventilation systems here in doctor offices, dental offices, cancer treatment centers, clinics, hospitals and more places;
share for heat and cooling are
connected to the same air vents as

If she visited the hospital in December, then its impossible for the virus in Wuhan to infect someone in Ohio.Monkeys have been Monkeys for thousands of years . Homo sapiens don't seem to be evolving either. You go to a planet that can sustain life say in the Orion constellation and you will most likely meet a blond man there. Darwin is not entirely right.
I think the Virus was around for a longer period but only discovered now. Thanks to the Wuhan event.

I dislike any targeted group being
stricken ill. If it is aiming at particular groups, it HAS to be a human designed killer.
